"Thank You"
"Sherrill and I would like to thank you for all the help and hard work you supplied during our recent house hunting experience. This was not our first rodeo in the house buying process and we typically considered the assistance of a realtor to be a necessary evil in the process. Looking back now and specifically based upon our experience with you and your firm, we could not have been more wrong." "You not only endeared yourself to us as an extremely talented sales professional, but you also gained some new friends and neighbors. Your willingness to wor with us week after week, from early in the morning to late in the evening, allowed us to learn so much more about the area and helped considerably in our being able to find our eventual new home. You had exceptional local knowledge of the area and the personal insights you provided were both informative as well as greatly appreciated." "Both Sherrill and I would consider it an honor to be a reference for you in the future as you business continues to grow. Words can not express our sincere, heartfelt appreciation with the services you provided. All we can say is "Thank You".

About Appraisals >Refinancing Your Home
Interest rates fluctuate as changes occur in the general economy. If you purchased your home when interest rates were higher, you may want to consider re-financing your loan at a lower rate.
You will have to apply for the new mortgage and have your current income eligibility assessed. Depending on how long you have had your present loan, a current appraisal may be required. There are closing costs, such as attorney, title fees, recording and notary fees, and appraisal charges. The biggest factor in your decision should be the length of time you plan to remain in your home. If you will be there for only a year or two more, it might not pay to re-finance. If you will be in your home longer, re-financing could provide you with lower mortgage payments. Your real estate agent can help you work out the numbers and can refer you to reputable home appraisers and mortgage lenders.
